Natur’ Store – L’Atelier
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all purchases, services, and interactions with Natur’ Store, including its loyalty program “L’Atelier”, whether in-store or online.
By purchasing products, creating an account, or participating in the loyalty program, customers agree to these terms.
2. Products and Services
Natur’ Store offers curated beauty products and related services. All descriptions, presentations, and pricing are provided with care but may be subject to change without prior notice.
The Store reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products or services at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are those made available in-store or online.
4. Loyalty Program (“L’Atelier”)
4.1 General
The loyalty program “L’Atelier” is offered at the sole discretion of the Store and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
4.2 Membership
Membership is free, personal, and non-transferable. Benefits, points, and privileges have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Customers who create an account on the Store’s website are automatically welcomed into the loyalty program “L’Atelier.” By registering, customers acknowledge and agree to participate in the loyalty program and to the associated data processing required for its operation.
Customers may request to opt out of the loyalty program at any time by contacting the Store.
4.3 Points and Rewards
Points are earned based on purchases and may be redeemed under conditions defined by the Store.
The Store reserves the right to:
- Define and modify how points are earned and redeemed
- Set minimum thresholds for redemption
- Limit the validity period of points
- Adjust or withdraw rewards at any time
Points are personal and non-transferable.
4.4 Membership Tiers
The program may include different membership levels (including but not limited to Essential, Select, Prestige, Iconic, and Signature), based on customer engagement and spending.
Benefits associated with each tier:
- Are subject to availability
- May change or be withdrawn at any time
- Do not constitute a guaranteed or contractual right
4.5 Signature Membership
Access to Signature membership is by invitation or application only and remains at the sole discretion of the Store.
The Store reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline any application
- Limit the number of members
- Revoke membership at any time without obligation to provide justification
Signature membership may be limited in duration and subject to renewal conditions defined by the Store.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (including opened or used cosmetics) may not be eligible for return.
6. Liability
The Store shall not be held liable for:

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
