Delivery and rates
We prepare every order at our atelier in Luxembourg and deliver across Luxembourg and selected European countries. Your shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout, before you confirm. From a certain order value, delivery is complimentary.
- Luxembourg (GO!, next business day): €6.40, complimentary from €60.
- Germany (DPD): €10.47, complimentary from €99.
- France (DPD): €12.74, complimentary from €119.
- Belgium (DPD): €8.63, complimentary from €89.
- Netherlands (DPD): €8.63, complimentary from €89.
- Austria (DPD): €12.74, complimentary from €119.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment on the carrier's website.
