You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Returns are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

- Item must be unopened, with its original seal intact
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed products (including cosmetics) cannot be returned.
